Service und Erreichbarkeit ist sehr gut, allerdings wenn die Gebäckausgabe 10 Minuten länger dauert und man über die Zeit von 23 Uhr kommt wird ein Nachschlag fällig. Bei der Autoübergabe allerdings wurde mir gesagt es ist alles bezahlt... das bekommt man dann nachgereicht... bisserl ärgerlich gewesen, sind doch noch mal 35 Euro... also wer da knapp zurückkommt sollte sich eher einen anderen Anbieter auswählen...

I was worried about this firm when I booked for my daughter for a week - the Google maps location gives a totally wrong impression - no problems whatsoever - so yes very good there and back.

Excellent service

The Gareth Bordeaux left luggage service was the one I used on my last day in the city. My friend and I had a large suitcase and a day left. We had booked out of the hotel which was by the lake - but we could leave our big suitcase at the station in a locker very cheaply. Nice helpful staff. Good find.

We've used this company several times over the years (twice in the last two months) and we've always been satisfied with the service and price. We've become used to them seemingly having two names - "Park and Trip" and "Parkvia" - and their changes of address. The current location is easy to find and at most a 10-minute shuttle ride to/from the airport. We've always found the staff courteous and efficient. Their problem at the moment is that the airport will not allow them an affordable pick-up point near the terminal. This means customers have a 5-minute walk through the airport carparks, with very little shelter when waiting to be picked up, which could be a problem in bad weather.

First class service - absolutely recommendable and reliable. Immediately on the spot, super nice staff. Even if there were problems they helped immediately and even if they were 1 hour late at the meeting point, there were no problems. I also chose the simple interior cleaning plus car wash and my car looked like new inside and out. Definitely 5 stars and definitely to be recommended. Parking is fun this way

We have 3 small children and Mein Valet is a lifesaver in terms of making our flights to and from the Frankfurt airport easy and seamless. We call when we are 30 minutes away, they meet us at our departure terminal, we unload the car right at the airport, and they safely take our car to their parking garage. Returning is just as easy and their drivers are always prompt. Truly love the cost and value of their service!!
